ACL "Aluglide" Bearings for 7-Bolt: DSM

ACL "Aluglide" Bearings for 7-Bolt: DSM

These bearings are similar to ACL's "Race Series" bearings except that they have an aluminum-tin-silicon overlay. They are generally marketed as OE replacement bearings for stock (or near stock) engine rebuilds since they don't have quite the fatigue strength as the "Race Series" bearings.

NOTE: The dates in the drop-down menu below include an "overlap" of the 1997 model year. During the 1997 model year, Mitsu introduced a re-designed crank. Contact RTM Racing to determine which side of the old/new crankshaft line your vehicle falls on.

NOTE: In the drop-downs below, for bearing sizes, "oversize" refers to the fact that the bearing is thicker (or "oversized") to accommodate the wear in the crankshaft journals. This can seem a bit confusing since the ID (inner diameter) of the bearings is actually smaller to accommodate the smaller diameter crank journals. We've chosen to use these designations because they are the industry standard designations. It should be noted that the OD (outside diameter) of all the bearings in the drop-downs are of standard size, only the ID varies. The above notation applies to both main and rod bearings.
