Tial QRJ Blowoff Valve

Genuine Tial BOV.

For use on turbocharged and supercharged applications. The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.50 in (38.5mm) valve.

• Multiple inlet and outlet port options for many install configurations. Inlet and outlet ports can be your choice of either hose barb or V-band connection.  For example, hose inlet & V-band outlet, or V-band inlet & hose outlet or hose inlet & oulet, or V-band inlet & outlet. A diffuser is also available for the outlet port.
• Valve seat seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. Valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance.
• Comes with an aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, with oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response.
• Available in five colours: silver, red, blue, purple, black.
• Internal return spring pressure tuned for fastest response. Custom spring options available for other configurations.
