Turbo Oil Feed Port Plug (at Head): DSM

This bolt is used to plug the turbo's oil feed port that exists on the head of the 4G63 engine.

1g DSMs used this port as the stock turbo oil feed and even though 2g DSMs did not use this location as the turbo's oil feed (a port located on the oil filter housing is used instead), 2g heads also have this port (it's just plugged at the factory). In any case, this blockoff bolt can be used anytime you want to plug that particular oil port.

• aftermarket plug

NOTE: Photo is for display purposes and depicts an OEM plug and sealing washer.  Be assured that your order will correspond to your selections in the drop-downs.

NOTE:  It should be noted that the OEM plug uses a single copper sealing washer to seal it against the head.  The aftermarket plug requires 3 copper sealing washers (which are included) to seal it against the head--if fewer are used, plug may extend into port too deeply and effect an oil passage present near that location.
