These are the components associated with the CPS support.  The CPS support bolts to the side of the head (at the end of the camshaft) and "supports" the CPS (cam position sensor: MD327107). The CPS bolts into the side of the support which places it in a precise location & orientation to sense the rotations or the camshaft.
