TPC Turbo Rebuild Kit for Mitsu TD05/TD06 Turbos

This rebuild kit includes all the components necessary to rebuild all genuine Mitsu TD05 and most of the genuine Mitsu TD06 family of turbochargers. If you have a non-genuine Mitsu TD05/TD06 turbo (usually referred to as a "knockoff" turbo), you CANNOT use this kit as the journal bearings will be the incorrect size. (RTM does carry a rebuild kit for the "knockoff" TD05/TD06 turbos. For details, please refer to the "Related products" section near the bottom of the page).

The TD05/TD06 family of turbos comes with two styles of compressor wheel: the so-called "superback" and the so-called "flatback".  In the drop-downs below, you can choose which style of compressor wheel you have.

NOTE: It should be noted that even though this rebuild kit is suitable for genuine Mitsu turbos, the rebuild kit itself is NOT composed of genuine Mitsu components.

NOTE: The brass journal bearings have an approx .355" bore (which is designed for an approx .354" shaft--the "gap" is to account for the oil float).
