OEM Power Steering Fluid Return Tube (from Rack to Reservoir): 1g DSM

Genuine OEM part.

This is the hard metal tube (MB501603) that attaches to the power steering rack near where the steering column shaft connects to it.

It is a short tube which connects to a series of rubber hoses and hard metal lines that eventually end at the PS fluid reservoir. This is the low-pressure return tube.

There is another longer tube in this area (MB553145) which connects to a long rubber hose that ends at a banjo-style fitting at the PS pump. This is the high-pressure feed tube.  This part is no longer available from Mitsu.
