Banjo Bolts

We carry several sizes of banjo bolts.  

DSM/EVOers TAKE NOTE:
Banjos are used for several applications on a DSM/EVO.
The most common examples are as follows:

• M10x1.0: brake line fitting front calipers 2g DSM
• M10x1.25: turbo oil feed (at head) 1g DSM
• M10x1.25: turbo oil feed (at block) EVO 10
• M12x1.25: turbo oil feed (at turbo) 14B/16G family of turbos
• M12x1.25: turbo oil feed (at turbo) EVO 10 stock frame turbos
• M14x1.5: water ports 14B/16G family of turbos
• M14x1.5: water ports EVO 10 stock frame turbos

The following table gives the sizes of the various OEM banjo bolts (found in the drop-downs below):
M10 x 1.25 x 20: MF650102
M12 x 1.25 x 22: MS650013
M14 x 1.5 x 27:  MF650114
M14 x 1.5 x 25:  MD314117

NOTE: Banjo bolts require two crush washers to properly seal on their respective banjo fitting. It is recommended that any time the banjo bolt is disturbed (when removed for example) that new crush washers be used. This is due to the fact that the crush washers deform slightly to accomodate (and seal) any imperfections in the sealing surfaces. If the seal is disturbed, the chances of them "re-deforming" to form a seal are greatly diminished. Therefore we (and Mitsu and every banjo bolt manufacturer) recommends using new crush washers everytime a banjo bolt is installed.

NOTE: In the drop-down below, the choice for aftermarket M14 banjo bolt is "M14 x 1.5NC".  The "NC" designation refers to "No Coolant".  That is, the port is especially small and is NOT recommended for water / coolant applications (but IS suitable for oil applications).
