Prothane Replacement Engine Mount Bushings: 1g DSM

There are four engine/tranny mounts on a 1g DSM:

• upper (tranny) mount (13-501)
• t-belt side mount (13-503)
• front roll stopper (13-505)
• rear roll stopper (13-506)

The stock rubber bushings on all four mounts are completely replaced with the urethane units from the kit. The net effect of using this Prothane kit is much less engine movement on the mounts. This can be both good and bad. The good: less stress on drivetrain components, better handling, etc. The bad: more engine vibrations, etc. are felt in the cockpit.

NOTE: These mounts are for manual transmission equipped vehicles only, they will NOT fit the mounts on auto-equipped vehicles.
