OEM Exhaust Nuts: DSM/EVO

Genuine OEM parts.

These are special OEM nuts designed to withstand the extreme heat and heat cycling of a turbocharged exhaust.  They have a special locking design to ensure they do not come loose with repeated heat cycling and vibrations.

The following are examples of DSM/EVO applications:

• 8mm nut (MD092806): used on the inner locations of 7-bolt DSMs and all EVOs (1-9) to attach the exhaust manifold to the head.  A total of 7 of these are used per exhaust manifold. The matching exhaust stud is MD005317.
• 8mm nut (MD092806): used on 6-bolt DSMs to attach the exhaust manifold to the head.  A total of 9 of these are used per exhaust manifold. The matching exhaust stud is MD005317.
• 10mm nut (MD165879): used on the outer locations of 7-bolt DSMs and all EVOs (1-9) to attach the exhaust manifold to the head. A total of 2 of these are used per exhaust manifold. The matching exhaust stud is MD146938.
• 10mm flanged nut (MF224500): used on EVO 10 to attach the exhaust manifold to the head.  The matching exhaust stud is MD146938.
• 12mm nut (MB059359): used on DSMs and EVO (1-3) to attach the downpipe to the O2 housing outlet.  A total of 2 of these are used per O2 housing.  The matching exhaust stud is MD089315.
