RTM EGR Eliminator Kit: DSM

The EGR Eliminator Kit is designed to completely replace your EGR valve. (RTM also makes an EGR Blockoff Kit designed to "blockoff" the inlet of the EGR valve and thus prevent it from functioning, but without removing the EGR valve. For details, please refer to the "Related products" section near the bottom of the page).

The EGR Elimination kit is comprised of a stainless steel plate and a set of bolts to fasten it in place.

The basic procedure of installing the EGR Eliminator Kit is as follows:
1) Remove your EGR valve.
2) If the optional gasket was chosen, install it in place where the EGR used to be.
3) Install the eliminator plate and bolt it down with the bolts provided.
That's it.  Easy, peasy.

NOTE: Photo is for display purposes and depicts kit with OEM gasket.  The OEM gasket (MD119127) is no longer available with the kit.
