Genuine OEM part.

This is a 6mm ID aluminum sealing washer (sometimes called a crush washer). On a DSM, it is used to seal the mounting bolts on the turbo oil return where it meets the oil pan. Two of these are used per oil return (and per vehicle), however, washers are sold individually.
