OEM Turbo Oil Return Flange Gasket: DSM/EVO

Genuine OEM gaskets.

These are the gaskets that seal both ends of the oil return line: one end at the turbo and the other at the oil pan. Which gasket(s) you require is dependant on the turbo and oil pan you're running.

DSMs came stock with three different turbos: 13G on 1g A/T, 14B on 1g M/T and T25 on 2g. As it happens, the same oil return gasket is used on the 13G, 14B, 16G (all variations), 18G, 20G, etc. These turbos are generally referred to as 16G-style turbos. They use part no. MR258477.

The T25 and T28 turbo use a different style of gasket from the 16G-style. They use part no. MD198888.

The gasket that seals the stock oil pan is the same for all DSMs.  It's part no. MR258477.

For the oil return line connection at the oil pan, there are actually THREE sources of a potential oil leak: the gasket (MR258477) and also each of the two oil-return-flange-to-oil-pan bolts.  These bolts are sealed with special aluminum sealing washers. (For more details, refer to the "Related products" section near the bottom of the page). These sealing washers should be replaced any time the bolts are disturbed. For your convenience, we offer these sealing washers as an option along with the gasket.
