OEM Turbo to Exhaust Manifold Hardware: DSM/EVO 1-3

Genuine OEM parts.

These are the bolts that affix the turbo's exhaust housing to the exhaust manifold. These bolts are specially treated to take the extreme heat-cycling associated with a turbo exhaust manifold. Available are the long bolts (MR187699) for use with the OEM and similar cast manifolds, and a shorter bolt (MN119783) for the FP and tubular style manifolds.

Also available are the special OEM washers (MR187848) used with these bolts.  A pair of these special washers is used for each bolt. These washers are special concave-shaped and are designed to be used in pairs and positioned under the bolt head in opposite orientations such that their resulting shape resembles a football. (There are two dimples on one side of each washer.  The sides without the dimples (which is the concave side) are meant to face each other, and thus each side with the dimples will face outward and be visible). This positioning acts as a spring to keep pressure on the underside of the bolt head to prevent it from working itself loose.
