RTM Turbo Oil Return Line Fitting (at Oil Pan)

CNC machined in house from 6061T6 billet aluminum, these precision pieces allow you to eliminate your leaking oil return line. This fitting attaches to the oil pan's turbo drain port. A new gasket should always be used when replacing this fitting. In addition, special aluminum sealing washers should be used under the heads of the bolts that attach this fitting to the oil pan. Of course, both the gasket and sealing washers are available to be purchased with the fitting. RTM also carries a complete turbo oil return line. NOTE: For the oil return line connection at the oil pan, there are actually THREE sources of a potential oil leak: the gasket (MR258477) and also each of the two oil-return-flange-to-oil-pan bolts.  These bolts are sealed with special aluminum sealing washers (MF660031). (For more details, refer to the "Related products" section near the bottom of the page). These sealing washers should be replaced any time the bolts are disturbed. 

NOTE: This fitting is designed to be used with a stock (or stock style) oil pan. This fitting may or may not work with an aftermarket oil pan.

NOTE: We recommend using a small amount of engine oil on the -AN male threads of these fittings when attaching a hose end. This is due to the fact that aluminum threads have a tendency to gall if threaded in a dry state. Teflon or any other thread sealant is NOT recommended on an -AN thread. For NPT threads, it is recommended that teflon tape be applied to the male threads.
