Genuine OEM part.

This is the little cover that sits beside the oil pan between the block and tranny. It can be removed to allow one to inspect the flywheel, etc. It should be put back to prevent foreign matter from getting into that area. If yours is missing . . .

Application: EVO (V-IX).
