OEM Starter Plate: 2g DSM

This is the part that sits between the block and transmission and helps to support the starter. We also carry the bolts that attach this plate to the block as well as the bolts that pass thru the plate and fasten the starter to the transmission. • 2g AWD M/T

MD194962 (2nd choice in drop-down) fits the following:

• 2g FWD M/T, A/T
• 2g AWD A/T

NOTE: The starter plate should be matched to the TRANSMISSION on the vehicle, NOT the engine, body style, vehicle generation, etc. So, for example, 2gers with a 6-bolt engine should purchase the starter plate to match their transmission (usually a 2g AWD or FWD).
