This is NOT a genuine TurboXS BOV.  This is what is known in the business as a "knock-off".

Just like the genuine Turbo XS, this BOV is famous for its especially loud noise when venting. In fact, the "RFL" label is an acronym for Really F'ing Loud!

This BOV plumbs into the I/C piping via a 1" diameter tube at the bottom of the unit.
