Vibrant 38mm Wastegate Blockoff

Made from 3/8" thick mild steel, this blockoff plate is used to block off a 38mm wastegate flange. This plate is most commonly used on exhaust manifolds, O2 housings, etc that come with a 38mm wastegate flange that is not intended to be used. The mounting holes on this plate are unthreaded since most wastegates and O2 housing flanges have the corresponding threaded holes.

To properly seal this blockoff to a flange, a 38mm wastegate gasket should be used. We carry a couple of different versions of this gasket. For details, please refer to the "Related products" section near the bottom of the page.
