RTM Aluminum Hose Barbed Flange for Greddy/1g DSM BOV

This adapter flange, manufactured in-house here at RTM, is designed to be mounted to the BOV hose of the stock 2g DSM intercooler piping (or any other application where the BOV mounts via a hose attachment of approx 1-3/8" or 34mm). The upper portion of the adapter is a flange with a unique shape to PROPERLY accomodate both a 1g BOV and Greddy. Notice the "bulged" portion in the centre that exactly matches the Greddy shape. None of this "drill two new holes and hope the wide Greddy base seals on the narrow 1g flange" nonsense.

You'll also notice that there are two sets of threaded holes: one set for the 1g-style and the other for the Greddy. Notice we said THREADED (and, of course, with the proper thread--which is different for the 1g and Greddy by the way). That makes mounting your BOV much easier. No need to try to get a wrench underneath the flange to tighten a pair of nuts (which, depending on your setup, can often be a real hassle). The back side of the flange has a length of "pipe" (which is actually machined in from a solid piece and not a separate length of pipe attached in some way) of the correct diameter to exactly match the stock rubber BOV hose on a 2g DSM. A proper hose bead is machined into the protrusion to ensure a good, positive seal. We don't like to boast too much, but we like to think if it's got our name on it, it's designed and manufactured the right way.
