RTM Aluminum Weld-on Flanges for Greddy/1g DSM BOV

More top quality products from RTM! These flanges, made of aluminum, are designed to be welded to your aluminum I/C piping. These ingenious flanges can be used for any Greddy (or Greddy style) BOV and also for a 1g BOV or any setup that includes a 1g-style flange. Incidently, for those who are thinking they may one day want to upgrade to an HKS (or HKS style) BOV, we've even got you covered! We also happen to make a 1g-to-HKS adapter flange. Can you see the possibilities here? Once you've welded one of these flanges to your I/C piping, you could go from a 1g BOV to a Greddy to an HKS (and then back I suppose) without ever getting near a welder. You could do that whole operation with nothing more than bolts and wrenches. How's that's for fancy!

Now back to these fancy flanges: The unique shape PROPERLY accomodates both a 1g BOV and Greddy. Notice the "bulged" portion in the centre that exactly matches the Greddy shape. None of this "drill two new holes and hope the wide Greddy base seals on the narrow 1g flange" nonsense. You'll also notice that there are two sets of threaded holes: one set for the 1g-style and the other for the Greddy. Notice we said THREADED (and, of course, with the proper thread--which is different for the 1g and Greddy by the way). That makes mounting your BOV much easier. No need to try to get a wrench underneath the flange to tighten a pair of nuts (which, depending on your setup, can often be a real hassle). We don't like to boast too much, but we like to think if it's got our name on it, it's designed and manufactured the right way.

We offer these flanges in two different styles: a very simple flat 3/8" thick version and a version with a length of "pipe" protruding from the bottom. This protruding "pipe" (which is actually machined in from a solid piece and not a separate length of pipe attached in some way) makes welding this unit to your I/C piping considerably easier. It should be noted that the top portion of both style flanges are identical, only the bottom portion differs. The differences between the two styles of flange can be seen in the photo.
