K&N Crankcase Breather Filters

Use when venting your valve cover to atmosphere. Can be used on the valve cover itself, catch can, or anywhere else in the intake/venting system that would otherwise be open to atmosphere.

Depending on circumstances, the valve cover/venting system can be under positive or negative pressure. When under negative pressure, air from the atmosphere is drawn into the system. Without a filter on the end of the venting mechanism, you're going to be drawing unfiltered air into your system--not good.

These breather filters are available in two sizes:

• small: 8mm(5/16") inlet hose, 35mm(1-3/8") overall diameter, 29mm(1-1/8") length.
• large: 25mm(1") inlet hose, 76mm (3") overall diameter, 60mm(2-3/8") length.
