These gaskets are available to match four different throttle bodies:
1) 1990 turbo
2) 1991-94 turbo
3) 1995-99 turbo
4) 1990-94 non-turbo
The non-turbo throttle body gasket is used in any application where a non-turbo throttle body is used (those turbo DSMers running a non-turbo throttle body, for example).
